General Questions

Are your courses state and/or court approved?

Yes. All of our courses are either approved by the appropriate agency for that state (ex. Florida DHSMV, New York DMV, Virginia DMV, Texas TDLR, etc.) and/or on a court by court basis. Each of our course pages will show the approving authority, as applicable.

How long does a TicketSchool online course take?

Most courses are between 4 and 6 hours, however some are longer as required to meet state requirements. You can log in and out as you need — your progress saves automatically. You can access the course 24/7, however your schedule requires.

Can I take the course on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Every TicketSchool course runs in any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. There is nothing to install.

Which states does TicketSchool serve?

We are currently approved in Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, with more coming soon.

How much do the courses cost?

Prices vary by state and course. The price listed on each course page is the total price, with no hidden fees.

What if I'm not satisfied — is there a refund?

Yes. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, as long as you have not already successfully completed the course or been disqualified for identity validation or failed for quiz or exam failures.
